This year, the decision is taken. Yasasin has to be on the market.
Senol is working the whole winter to prepare, repair, polish, paint, clean.
On land as every winter, the main rudder’s bearing has to be changed, and as of the 1st of May, that is the only thing we are waiting before the launch, expecting new owners for a sailing trail soon.
10 years under turkish flag, Yasasin has always been there to respond to our needs. Ardic, owner, has fell in love with this amazing ORMA 60, in Rostock (Germany) after seeing and sailing a couple of hours.
The decision was taken to sail to Turkey and enjoy some great runs first in the southern part (Didim, Bodrum) and later on, Istanbul, more convenient for most of us to board and sail the boat.
The season was starting in May and ending in October, sailing 1 or 2 weekends per month.
During the winter, we took the mast down, rudders and daggerboards off to keep the hull well protected on land on her craddle.
After 10 years, the owner wants a change and dream to see Yasasin to be used in sailing school, association, place where new sailors can learn to sail that extraordinary trimaran.
So we hope that will take place already this season. Please do not hesitate to contact me.
Mid-May, we will launch Yasasin, prepare her for sailing. We are actually looking very much forward to enjoy those coming spraying waters as we have every time we were out at sea.
Take your chance and give me a buzz.
